Shipping
Shipping is offered through Canada Post with discounted rates offered from Shopify Shipping.
Processing & Shipping
Please allow for 1-5 business days (excluding ALL holidays that fall on business days) for order processing and packaging before your order is shipped. Shipping times vary.
Please confirm that your address is correct before submitting your final order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or items that do not get to you because of an incorrect address.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes! There is an option for local pick up at Invati Yoga & Wellness Kelowna. Please note that this option will be by appointment only! My hours vary and when I am in my healing space I could be in sessions with clients, so dropping in without an agreed upon appointment is not an option. Please choose the pick up option at the time of check out, when your order is complete and ready an email will be sent to you to discuss a date and time for you to come pick up your package.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please be sure about the item before you submit your order. The only exception to this is in the case of missing items or the wrong items being sent. If your order is missing an item or if you have received the wrong item, please reach out by email to earthandlight3@gmail.com within 48 of receiving your order to discuss a resolution.
If you are ordering a ring, and are unsure about your ring size, the best way to obtain an accurate measurement is to go to a jewelry store and have your finger sized. This will only take a few minutes and will ensure that your ring will fit.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Earth & Light is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods due to carrier mishandling. However, in the instance that your package is damaged, please reach out via email or a direct message on our social media channels. We will evaluate damaged goods on a case by case basis.
Can I cancel my order?
If a shipping label has not been created prior to your need to cancel, you may cancel your order for a full refund. If a shipping label has been created but your order has not been dropped at the post office, you may cancel for a full refund for the items, but you will still be charged for shipping since your label has already been purchased. If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please reach out by emailing earthandlight3@gmail.com

What are the options for payment?
You can make payments through the shop at the time of booking using the check out options, as well in person at your time of session using Shopify point of sale app on my device, cash or etransfer.
There is also an option that if you are experiencing financial hardship, where you can pay what you can. It is my mission to be an ally and help as many people as I can on their healing journey, and I do not believe that finances should be a barrier to that healing. It works on the karmic system and the belief that people will be honest about what they can afford at the time, no judgements. Late & Cancellation Policies
My time is valuable and so is yours. If you are late for your appointment the session cannot be extended beyond the time allotted, you will simply lose that time.
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you need to change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.
Emergencies arise and I am an understanding person, so please reach out, communication is key!
If an appointment is rescheduled and you do not show up for the rescheduled appointment, you will be charged a $20 fee on or before your next appointment.
