It is my mission to be of assistance and help to as many people as I can on their healing journey, and I do not believe that finances should be a barrier to that healing. It works on the honour system and the belief that people will be honest about what they can afford at the time, no judgements, no questions asked.

What is Reiki? 

Reiki is the Universal Life Force Energy that flows through and around all living things, also known as Chi or Ki. 

Reiki is a spiritual energy based holistic therapy that operates by amplifying and strengthening the body's innate ability to heal and bring balance on all levels; spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. 

Reiki is more than an energy balancing therapy; it is a system that supports your process of self-awakening and healing. Reiki is a deep and ancient energetic wisdom, found within and around each and every one of us. 

In essence we are all our OWN healers; a Reiki practitioner is simply a conduit and guide to help reawaken you to this wisdom and healing ability that you already hold within you! 

Reiki works on all levels of your well-being so whether you are coming with physical issues, emotional imbalances or mental health struggles, you will leave feeling lighter, rested, more peaceful and grounded! 

Reiki healing can realign your body, mind and spirit in a powerful way, working at subconscious and energetic levels to allow you to be your most expansive self!  

Reiki is a wonderful compliment to medical care and treatment, and is not meant to replace medical or psychological treatment, but to work in harmony with your medical team to holistically bring healing to the whole individual.  

What happens during an in-person Reiki Session? 

At the beginning of our session, we take some time to discuss what you are hoping to get out of our time together or anything you are wanting to work on, setting any intentions you may have or want for the session. 

You then lay down, fully clothed under blankets/sheets on the super comfy Reiki table, close your eyes, get quiet and go within. 

We then connect into God/Source, my Highest Self, your Highest Self and ask for protection around us as we begin to work together in the healing session. 

Energy and healing are channeled to you through my hands, I will touch your head, shoulders, knees, ankles and feet, but all other areas of the body are not physically touched; my hands will hover above your body for all other areas. If you are not comfortable with physical touch, that is totally up to you and I will honor your choice. This is your healing session and if you are not comfortable at any point, we can redirect how it goes. 

I smudge and cleanse your body and energy bodies at the beginning and end of each session. I ensure that your energy body is cleared, cleansed and sealed up before disconnecting from you energetically. 

After the session we will chat about anything that came up for you or anything that you may have experienced, as well I will discuss with you any information that came through during our session. I will often make suggestions on crystals to work with after you leave or any energetic practices you can begin to implement to help you continue to heal yourself and go deeper within on your Spiritual Journey.
