What is Crystal Healing? 

Crystal Healing is the practice of placing stones and crystals on and around the body to align and energetically come into resonance with the crystal's vibrations. Crystals hold higher more stable vibrational frequencies than humans do, because they have a geometrically perfect, fixed repeating molecular structure and pattern. Crystals can help us to change our own individual energy frequencies by the principle of entrainment. In simple terms entrainment is when our body's frequency synchronizes with the energetic properties of the crystal. When we work with a crystal's vibration, we raise our own personal vibration, bringing harmony and healing, a balanced state of energy and overall wellness. 

Due to the chaotic world we live in we are easily thrown out of balance as our energetic body is always moving and responding to situations, circumstances, and our environment. Using Crystals as tools and allies, we can work to strengthen our energetic boundaries and our bodies.  

Working with Crystals is the easiest way to quickly come into balance and harmony and strengthen our energetic bodies, which in turn strengthens our physical, mental and emotional bodies, and can help us grow and deepen into our personal Spiritual Journeys. 

This practice has been in use since ancient times and is still very much a common practice today. 

Most people are familiar with the 7 main Chakras, which are corresponding to the colours of the rainbow. However there are considered to be 12 Chakras as well as minor Chakras and many smaller Nadis, meridians and pathways of energy through the body. 

Each Chakra is an energy center in the body through which energy flows. It helps to visualize the Chakra system as pools of water connected by a running stream, if a large rock is placed in the stream or pool, it interrupts the flow of the stream and can cause a blockage in flow, flooding or the stream to dry up. When our energy centers are healthy, flowing and open, so are we physically, emotionally, mentally, in our relationships with ourselves and others.  

When our energy isn't balanced and flowing properly through our body and energy bodies, there can be blockages that begin to form, just like the streams and pools of water, which if not dealt with can eventually turn into physical issues that we deal with like illnesses, diseases and emotional issues. When our Chakras are blocked through stress, injury, trauma, illness or disconnection from others, we are blocked from being our best selves, and can begin to feel frustrated and stuck. A Crystal Healing Chakra Balance Session can help to begin to remove the blockages and dissolve traumas, and get energy flowing properly through the energetic, emotional and physical bodies. 

What does an in-person Crystal Healing Chakra Balance Session look like?

A Chakra Balance session is a very relaxing therapy.  I check each Chakra to see if there are blockages, or an excess of energy where the Chakra is overactive and needs to be brought into harmony and balance. 

I then intuitively choose crystals and stones that correspond to each individual Chakra and place them on and around the physical body at each Chakra point. As the crystals work to balance and bring harmony to each Chakra, I then proceed with a full body Reiki session, each Chakra is checked at the end of the session to ensure energy is flowing and in balance. I ensure that your energy body is cleared, cleansed and sealed up before disconnecting from you energetically. 

After the session we will chat about what came up for you and any experiences you may have had. I will discuss any Chakras that were unbalanced and go over the treatment session with you, as well as the crystals used. 

I will also give suggestions for which crystals to work with after you leave, and any suggestions you can do at home for yourself to further deepen your spiritual and wellness journey.
